I believe the problem we have is the massification of education, a situation where government want everyone to be a graduate. If not, the proceedings were televised life yesterday, the judges did not do a summary of their judgement but deals with the issues, paragraph by paragraph. They also make sure they cite relevant part.of law to express their opinion.
This is the first time in a presidential election case that all the five judges would give the same judgement( no minority or dissenting view). Despite this you still believe in your view that is not empirically verifiable, but on social media. I support Peter Obi and was a member of his campaign council in Ogun state, but I believe anybody who fault yesterday ruling is either a mischievous lawyer or self serving one. Our lawyers were perplexed, they didn’t make any polling agent as witness, they didn’t complain of not having copy of signed result sheet and didn’t produce anyone to the tribunal etc. Based on evidence before the court, we lost our plea and have to wait till 2027. Even a undergraduate law student in a moot court knows that you don’t approach the court with sentiments and threat, rather you go with evidence.
1. They ought to have called the ambassador to the country that issued tinubu the passport, to testify the genuineness of the passport. Or go to a court in that country to have a certified true copy of the passport at least.
2. They ought to have subphonea the us official to testify on the forfeiture order.
3. They ought to have invited the IGP or uS ambassador or educational attache to have testify on the Chicago certificate.
4. They ought to have found state specifically the polling unit and by which figure they are rigged out.

Next time employ cerebral lawyers who stays in the library and office to prepare for a case, not celebrity lawyers who jump from one media house to another and deliver lecture as if he is an actor. Legal profession is not soap opera.
