[unpaid/sample/affiliate/ad] If there is a perfect candle to bring spring into your home, it’s the new Miller Harris Scherzo candle. I love sweet florals which Scherzo has in abundance but the note that is the most charming for this time of year is the narcissus which comes through so beautifully.

I also love the paint drip design which is repeated on the other side of the candle. The fragrance that quickly infuses into your room is a burst of sugared red rose, creamy peonies and yellow daffodils – optimistic and energetic but at the same time dreamy and enveloping.

Despite the £75 price tag, I’d really recommend this if February is starting to feel already endless and overwhelmingly gloomy. I’m staring at sheets of rain while writing this but at the same time am smelling this gloriously vibrant and happy fragrance. Other notes are oudh and galbanum and I don’t like oudh at all so I was very surprised to find it there.
