Many women who do cosmetic surgery in Nigeria borrow money for the first procedure and that is the worst thing to do because if the procedure gets botched, not only will you be trying to repay loan, you will also be looking for money to treat necrosis and all sorts. The thing with cosmetic surgery is once you start with one procedure, be sure that you will do many more. It is like a drug addiction. You look in the mirror after a boob job and feel elated. But after a while, you start noticing things— how the lack of symmetry is more than usual, how you should have got a C cup instead of a DD, how you can feel the implants moving, etc. The worst part is that it is after surgery that all sorts of videos on deadly effects of implants and BBL and stories of survivors of surgeries that went well but got some kind of immune disease or necrosis start popping up. Open internet and it seems as if how to treat side effect of cosmetic surgery is the only ad ”they” will be showing you, with ghastly images. And that is for surgery that went well. Others are not so lucky and are treating fat necrosis which means more surgery for removing dead fat cells and more reshaping. Shelling out money that one does not have.That is the worst place to be because even here in America, most women scrimp and save to do the first surgery. With botched cases, the next surgery is not optional like the first. It is a matter of life and death, with no money and debt from first surgery still outstanding. Don’t be deceived by everyone coming to flaunt their surgery ass. Many are secretly weeping and regretting like me, even though no health issues, the anxiety about what could happen like immune disease is not funny. I tell you, having peace of mind with what your mama gave you beats all of the associated worries. Was going to do BBL after initial breast augmentation but seeing the anxiety that I am going through with the implants which I am even thinking of taking out, I will stick to squats and waist cinchers. I thought the procedure would change my life and make me more attractive but it was later that I realised that even prettier women with fantastic bodies and boobs nicer than my fake ones are still single or getting shafted or even dumped by their husbands and boyfriends on the daily. If you do any augmentation, just do it for yourself. Apart from that, it is pointless, except for attracting a man and being his plaything for a little while. And make sure you have plenty money to treat botched case. Apologies this is so long but I just had to pour out my frustrations. If you have not done it, best to invest like $500 in good super push up bras that can increase cup size up to 3 sizes and good padded butt because no one can even really tell what is real or fake anymore. Forget all those padded China stuff they sell in Nigeria that makes one look unnatural like an overfed bear. Go for Spanx or Skims or LoveMyBubbles. Some have silicone inserts that feel like the real deal. Also, unless you need cosmetic surgery to boost sales for hook up, only one man will be seeing the actuals and he just might understand your insecurities and even help you overcome them.
