American actor and rapper, Nick Cannon has lost his last child to cancer.
Naija News understands that the actor revealed this in his show on Tuesday.
Nick welcomed his son Zen in June by his former lover Alyssa Scott.
Zen had a condition known as hydrocephalus which causes fluids to build up in the cavities of the brain and increases the sizes of the ventricles which leads to pressure.
The 41-year-old said the cancer progressed quickly and he spent the past weekend in California with his son before he passed away.
Zen was the 7th child of Nick Cannon and also the forth born within a year and a half. Nick welcomed twins Zillion and Zion in June and also a daughter, Powerful, born last December.
The actor’s seven children are from four different women including his ex-wife Maria Carey.
In other news, a former housemate in the Big Brother Naija reality show, Maria, has tested positive for COVID-19.
Naija News reports that the reality star, who is on vacation in Ghana, made this known in a post on her Instagram page on Tuesday.
The former air hostess stated that she initially tested negative for the virus while in Dubai, but tested positive upon arriving in Ghana, also disclosing the troubles she had during the tests. Read more
