Nollywood actress Sharon Ojo Nwoke, popularly known as Sharon Ooja, has announced the birth of her first child with husband Ugo Nwoke.

The actress shared the news on her social media platforms, expressing her gratitude towards God, her husband, family, and friends for their unwavering support during her pregnancy.

In her post, Ooja described the newborn as “the most handsome baby boy” and conveyed her overwhelming joy and gratitude. She reflected on her pregnancy journey and highlighted the deepened understanding of divine love she experienced.

Ooja wrote, “Pregnancy made me understand God’s love in such a deeper way—unconditional, intentional, and impossible to fully explain.” She quoted scripture, saying, “Your wife will be like a fruitful grapevine, and your children like olive shoots around your table,” emphasizing her happiness in her new role as a mother.

She also expressed appreciation for her husband, acknowledging his support throughout the pregnancy. “Thank you for loving me fiercely through every stage of our pregnancy,” she wrote.

In addition to her husband, Ooja thanked her family and friends for respecting their privacy throughout the pregnancy, stating it allowed her to fully enjoy the experience.

Ooja’s journey to motherhood, which she described in a recent post, reflects both joy and challenges, as she humorously noted the difficulties of her first trimester.

The actress also provided encouragement to those trying to conceive, saying, “God is about to surprise you the same way He surprised me.”

Sharon Ooja and Ugo Nwoke began dating in early 2024 and tied the knot in a private civil ceremony later that year.
