Rangers to Celebrate NPFL Championship Victory with Trophy Parade
ENUGU, Nigeria — Rangers Football Club, the newly crowned champions of the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL), will hold a trophy parade next Tuesday, according to reports.
The team secured its ninth NPFL title with a 2-1 victory over Ikorodu City at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena in Onikan, Lagos, last weekend. In addition to their domestic success, Rangers will represent Nigeria in the CAF Champions League next season.
The parade will commence from the Rangers’ training camp at noon, featuring players and officials as they travel through various parts of Enugu. The event will conclude at Okpara Square, followed by a reception at the Government House, where they will be hosted by Enugu State Governor Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah.
