NPFL: Uzoho vows Kun Khalifat will recover from slow start
Kun Khalifat FC Technical Adviser Obinna Uzoho has committed to addressing the shortcomings that contributed to his team’s recent 3-1 defeat against Bendel Insurance. The match took place at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium in Benin City.
The Owerri-based club has yet to secure a victory in the current season’s campaign. Despite the rough start, Uzoho expressed confidence that the team will make significant improvements.
“It was about work, it was about improvement,” Uzoho said, as reported by NPFL media. “And, perhaps most importantly, it was about remembering just how much football remains to be played. I’m going back home to make sure we put everything right. You know, this season has just started.”
