Okoye Family Feud: Hear from both sides before you conclude, judge – VeryDarkMan to Nigerians

Social Media Critic Warns Nigerians Against Sides in Okoye Family Dispute

Martins Vincent Otse, known online as VeryDarkMan (VDM), has advised Nigerians to refrain from taking sides in the ongoing conflict between music star Peter Okoye and his elder brother, Jude Okoye.

During a live stream, VDM expressed concern that many individuals are allowing their emotions to influence their judgments, particularly in support of Peter Okoye, without hearing from all parties involved.

He drew a parallel between the current situation and the public’s emotional response to the unresolved case surrounding the late singer, Mohbad. “Nigerians are so emotional. This is why Mohbad will never get justice. Everybody is supporting Peter, but they have yet to hear from Paul and Jude,” he stated.

VDM urged the public to avoid forming opinions based solely on one perspective, advocating for a wait-and-see approach until all parties have the opportunity to share their viewpoints.

His remarks have elicited a mixed response on social media. Some users concur that all sides should be afforded a fair hearing, while others feel that Peter’s claims warrant serious consideration.

VDM’s comments coincided with renewed public interest in the longstanding rift within the Okoye family, following the release of “Mr P, Part 8” of Peter Okoye’s series.
