Former Big Brother Naija champion Phyna has initiated legal proceedings against fellow streamer Carter Efe, seeking N500 million in damages. The lawsuit follows Efe’s allegations that he had an intimate relationship with Phyna.

The dispute reportedly began when Davido’s personal streamer, Davrel, accused Efe of making derogatory comments about Phyna, claiming she was “of no benefit.” In response, Phyna publicly called out Davrel regarding an unpaid debt.

The situation intensified after Davrel suggested that Phyna made sexual advances toward him and sought his help in connecting with his father. During a recent social media confrontation, Efe acknowledged that he had been intimate with Phyna, saying, “Yes. I will bring the whole evidence come outside.”

Phyna directly questioned Efe, asking, “Me and you fuck?” to which Efe responded affirmatively.

Phyna then stated, “Thank you very much. You and Davrel will hear from my lawyer.”

In a subsequent Instagram Live session on Thursday night, Phyna addressed her followers. She apologized to her fans and expressed her discomfort with recent events, stating, “I know a lot of people say I’ve lost my self-respect. I have put myself down so much, and I think I finally realized that.”

During the livestream, she remarked on the disrespect she has faced, particularly concerning personal matters, and declared that this incident would mark the end of her tolerance for such behavior. “Carter Efe and Davrel, check your emails and WhatsApp. You’ve been served. Thank you,” she concluded.

Carter Efe later confirmed the lawsuit in a video announcement, acknowledging that he has been sued for N500 million.
