Nigerian Influencer Broda Shaggy Hospitalized Following Shooting
Broda Shaggy, a prominent Nigerian content creator and influencer, was hospitalized after sustaining a gunshot wound in Ogun State. The incident reportedly occurred on Sunday while he was filming at the Sango Ota Bridge.
Initial information about the shooting is limited. Following the incident, Shaggy was taken to a private hospital in the Alakuko area of Lagos State and later referred to another facility in Ikeja for further treatment.
Abimbola Adebisi, a spokesperson for the Lagos State police, confirmed that the hospital informed authorities about the gunshot victim. “The hospital reported to the command that a gunshot victim was brought to their facility, and we discovered it was Broda Shaggy when we visited the hospital,” Adebisi stated, according to The Sun.
As of now, further details surrounding the circumstances of the shooting remain unclear.
