Nollywood Actress Peggy Ovire Shares Allegations Against Estranged Husband
Nollywood actress Peggy Ovire took to Instagram on Tuesday to post a video of her estranged husband, Frederick Leonard, and an alleged romantic partner, whom she claims is married. In her video, Ovire referred to them as “shameless lots.”
In her message, she urged the couple to attend an upcoming court hearing scheduled for June 23 regarding divorce proceedings. “You said you wanted a divorce, yet you didn’t show up when you were served,” she stated. “Please don’t avoid the customary court for the second time, as I will be bringing evidence to finalize this divorce so both of you can finally be together.”
Ovire criticized Leonard for his relationship with the alleged married woman, describing her as a mother of four. She recounted that Leonard initially denied her claims but did not appear in court when summoned, opting instead to send a lawyer.
These allegations add to the ongoing public scrutiny surrounding the couple’s separation.
