“There are very few good Igbo women. They are not up to 100” Igbo man reveals why he married a White woman

An Igbo man has said that there are “very few” good Igbo women and the majority of them are “mean spirited”.

He added that he has read many stories of Igbo wives abandoning their husbands when they are in critical situations.

He then advised Igbo brothers to forget about tribe when looking for a wife.

He added that he married a Caucasian woman and he knows his life wouldn’t have been this good if he had married an Igbo woman.

He wrote: “My heart bled just listening to this. I have read so many stories of women abandoning their husbands in critical situations.

“My sister is an Igbo girl, and I know how I confront her even in her husband’s house when issues arise in her marriage, like in any marriage.

“When John Doe said women don’t love men, I swear to God he was talking about Igbo women. I had a WhatsApp call with @Wizarab10 for at least one hour today, and it’s the level of mean-spiritedness that often accompanies Igbo women. It is scary.

“Brothers, marry well. Forget about the tribe and marry someone who loves you. I am married to a Caucasian, and my Igbo mother is in the house, and life is good. Life wouldn’t be good if I had married an Igbo woman. I saw it from a distance before making my life partner decision.

“They are very few good Igbo women. They are not up-to 100.”

He added: “My neighbor, friends and foes I watched growing up made me realize a whole lot about my tribal women. Not all bad. The bad ones are more than the good ones.”

Another Igbo man wrote: “As much as I don’t like how that stupid man made it a tribe thing, I’m an Igbo man, and I don’t even want to end up with an Igbo woman.”

The initial poster then wrote: “I hate calling out my tribal women. But 20 of my friends brought 2 tribes of women to the states. 15 of them from my tribe are now divorced. The other tribe is still going strong in their marriage. Behaviors has to change.”
