Tinubu returns to Abuja after six-day in Lagos [VIDEO]
President Bola Tinubu has returned to Abuja following a six-day stay in Lagos, which came after his recent working vacation in Europe.
The President arrived in Lagos on September 29 after concluding his annual leave in London and Paris. During his time in Lagos, Tinubu addressed the nation on October 1 to commemorate Nigeria’s 66th Independence Day anniversary.
Additionally, he attended the national premiere of “MKO,” a documentary produced by the Wole Soyinka Centre for Culture and Creative Arts. The film chronicles the life and political struggle of the late Chief Moshood Abiola, focusing on his enduring legacy and the pro-democracy movement surrounding the historic June 12 elections.
Earlier in the week, President Tinubu also paid a visit to Oba Rilwan Akiolu, the Oba of Lagos, at his palace on Lagos Island.
