Tinubu wants me to rewrite South-East wrongs – Umahi
The Minister of Works, Dave Umahi, stated that President Bola Tinubu has tasked him with addressing longstanding issues in the South-East region of Nigeria.
In a recent statement, Umahi outlined several infrastructure projects initiated under Tinubu’s administration, urging recognition of the government’s efforts in the area.
“Tomorrow, people will realize that I was sent at this time to convey the truth,” Umahi said. “The President aims to unite the people of the South-East, and I must be candid with you.”
He emphasized, “If I weren’t the minister representing the South-East, we would not be receiving the projects we currently have. This is part of the President’s strategy to resolve the challenges faced by the South-East.”
