Transfer: Bologna plot move for Nigerian striker

Bologna Targets Nigerian Striker Gift Orban for Summer Transfer
Bologna FC is reportedly eyeing Nigerian striker Gift Orban as a potential addition during the upcoming summer transfer window, according to the DAILY POST.
Orban, 23, is currently on loan at Serie A rival Hellas Verona from TSG Hoffenheim, a Bundesliga club. He is expected to return to Hoffenheim, as Verona has declined to pursue a permanent signing.
This season, Orban has made 28 league appearances for Verona, scoring seven goals. However, he has not participated in the team’s last four matches following a confrontation with a fan after a defeat to AC Milan last month.
Transferfeed estimates Orban’s market value to be between €8 million and €10 million, making him an economically favorable option for Bologna. His experience in Serie A is believed to further enhance his appeal to the club.
