Tusker FC Signs Forward Victor Mbaoma Ahead of New Season
NAIROBI, Kenya — Tusker FC of the Kenya Premier League has officially announced the signing of striker Victor Mbaoma, according to reports from DAILY POST.
Mbaoma joins Tusker FC from Remo Stars, a club in Nigeria’s Professional Football League (NPFL). The 29-year-old forward has signed a one-year contract with the team, becoming their first acquisition for the upcoming 2026/27 season. Last season, Mbaoma scored 14 goals and provided four assists while playing for Remo Stars.
This will mark Mbaoma’s second stint in East Africa; he previously played for APR in Rwanda, where he secured the golden boot with a total of 15 goals. His career also includes experiences with MC Alger in Algeria and Qizilqum Zarafshon in Uzbekistan.
Mbaoma is expected to join his new teammates for pre-season training next week as they prepare for the upcoming season.
