We’re still together’ – Portable calls out Queen Dammy for denying him in public

Portable Claims Relationship with Queen Dammy Amid Public Denial
Nigerian musician Portable has publicly criticized Queen Dammy, the widow of the late Alaafin of Oyo, for denying their relationship. This statement follows a breakup between the two in December 2024, which was marked by a public dispute.
According to reports from DAILY POST, the fallout included Portable’s comments regarding Queen Dammy’s hometown of Ibadan, where he claimed he improved her living conditions by relocating her to a more upscale residence. His remarks have drawn backlash from local residents, leading to a ban on his performances in the area.
Since the initial controversy, little information regarding their relationship has emerged until Portable’s recent comments. In a video posted on social media, he expressed feelings of betrayal after Queen Dammy suggested she had moved on during a TikTok live session with streamer Salo.
“She claims I don’t exist,” Portable stated. “But we were together the night before her live session. I asked her why she denied our relationship, and she didn’t have an answer.”
Portable further asserted that he has been supporting her financially and expressed frustration at her failure to acknowledge their reconciliation. “She should be appealing to the people of Ibadan to forgive me, but instead, she’s denying me,” he added. “Any woman who leaves me will never find another husband.”
The ongoing saga highlights the complexities of their relationship and has drawn attention on social media platforms.
