In a developing social media feud, Nigerian singer T-Dot has entered the fray between artist Davido and DJ Tunez, amplifying the ongoing tensions.
The conflict began when Davido criticized DJ Tunez following an altercation with fellow artist Burna Boy. The incident reportedly unfolded after DJ Tunez posted a picture of Wizkid in a gym outfit that resembled one worn by Davido. The caption, “Original, no be fake,” sparked speculation that it was a subtle jab at Davido, prompting the latter to retaliate with a series of tweets.
In his posts, Davido mocked DJ Tunez for the altercation, stating, “You’re just a disgusting nasty fellow. Dem use boot carry your steeze forever. Idiot.” He further commented, “E wa woo! Look he’s on the floor,” referring to DJ Tunez’s encounter with Burna Boy.
In defense of DJ Tunez, T-Dot argued that he was not defeated, attributing his challenges to being outnumbered by Burna Boy and his associates. T-Dot labeled Davido a “daddy’s boy” who benefits from his father’s wealth and protection.
“Tunez can never lose his steeze for that,” T-Dot wrote. “He was 1 vs 10 and punched your besty right in the mouth when he saw they meant him harm. Where I’m from that shows heart. You never stood nowhere on this earth 10 toes down without your dad’s money, security, and your boys.”
In response, Davido dismissed the notion that his success is solely rooted in his father’s wealth. He stated, “Your daddy your daddy nah only thing Una know … why ur papa no hustle … shut up n slide for Tunez.” He added, “Na frustration you see inherit from your papa e reach to dey vex.”
