Nigerian Socialite Reunites with Son After Decade Apart
Nigerian socialite Olakunle Churchill has praised his ex-wife, Tonto Dikeh, following their recent reunion and the reconciliation with their son, marking the first time the family has come together in ten years.
According to Naija News, Dikeh announced their reunion on her Instagram account and credited popular clergyman Pastor Jerry Eze for facilitating the process. Eze, who has served as Dikeh’s spiritual mentor, played a significant role in helping her find peace and forgiveness.
In sharing his feelings online, Churchill expressed joy at reconnecting with his son after many years. He commended Dikeh for her dedication in raising their child, noting her efforts in providing a loving environment.
In his Instagram post, Churchill stated, “After many years, my eyes have finally met my son and my heart is full. Thank you, Pastor Jerry Eze, a true servant of God and my son’s godfather. God is clearly using you in this generation. Your words, your counsel, your leadership is true; God speaks through you. I am deeply grateful for the covering, guidance, and love you’ve shown my son. Again, what God cannot do does not exist.”
He added, “Seeing my dear son growing well, God-fearing, disciplined, and well cared for fills me with pride and peace. His mother has done an incredible job raising him with love and intention. For that, I commend her greatly.”
Churchill concluded with a reflection on his fatherhood journey, proclaiming, “Today, I stand as a proud father. Grateful. Restored. Humbled. God is always faithful.”
