2027: Jonathan, Ganduje meet in Abuja

Former President Goodluck Jonathan welcomed former Kano Governor Abdullahi Ganduje, who also served as the national chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), at his residence in Abuja.
Ganduje’s visit, captured in a video shared online on Wednesday, occurred as political maneuvering intensifies ahead of the 2027 elections.
Recently, Jonathan expressed optimism regarding the APC candidates running in the Bayelsa East election. He made these comments during a meeting at his Yenagoa residence with a delegation led by former Deputy Governor Rear Admiral Gboribiogha John Jonah.
The delegation included Samuel Ogbuku, the Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), and Warman Weri Ogoriba, chairman of the Bayelsa APC. The purpose of their visit was to introduce the APC candidates to Jonathan, a prominent leader from Bayelsa East.
