‘I made Dapper’ — Seyi Vibez says, makes claim about ‘Hilda Baci BBL’

Nigerian singer Balogun Olamilekan Oluwaseyi, known as Seyi Vibez, has made serious allegations against music executive Dapper Music, asserting that he played a significant role in establishing Dapper’s career.
In a post on social media platform X, Seyi Vibez addressed the ongoing controversy surrounding Dapper Music and the artists associated with the label.
The singer implicated celebrity chef Hilda Baci, alleging that funds from artists’ music catalogs were being diverted to finance her Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL). “Na Hilda Baci BBL all una catalogue money dey go. All of una dey craze and una mama,” he wrote.
Seyi Vibez recounted a specific incident involving food he claimed was provided to him by Dapper Music, suggesting it had negative effects on his health. “I chop Hilda Baci food one day. Na the same Dapper give me. The food almost kill me,” he said.
He further asserted that the financial resources used to sign various artists under Dapper Music came from his own earnings, contending that he was instrumental in the music executive’s success. “I made Dapper,” Seyi Vibez stated. “Am bigger than the whole Dapper and his entire generation. My money was the money being used to sign all the artists he signed since Chance Naham! Allah walai.”
Seyi Vibez also criticized Dapper Music for allegedly exploiting the artists affiliated with him and voiced his concerns for those still working with the executive. “Dapper won take all of them life. Oh boi. I pray say the people wey remain no go see chance commot,” he added.
