Nollywood Actor, Okemesi Battles Serious Spiritual Attack, Cries Out For Help

Nollywood Actor Bamidele Tope Saint Seeks Help After Severe Health Crisis
Yoruba Nollywood actor and content creator Bamidele Tope Saint, widely known as Okemesi, is reaching out for assistance after experiencing a debilitating spiritual attack that has left him paralyzed.
In an emotional interview conducted on Thursday with fellow actor Tony Montana, Okemesi revealed that he has been away from acting for nearly a year due to his condition. He described the incident as life-altering, resulting in homelessness and a desperate plea for financial support from the public.
Montana remarked on Okemesi’s diminished condition, stating he was saddened to see the actor in such a state, which made it difficult for even his fans to recognize him.
In response, Okemesi elaborated on his experience, stating, “It was a spiritual attack. May God protect us from spiritual arrows.” He recounted his journey through the medical system, noting that while he received some support at Island Hospital, his health deteriorated to the point that those with him had to find contact information for his relatives on his phone.
His senior brother in Osogbo took him in and sought help from an Islamic cleric. Okemesi described the severity of his condition, saying he became crippled, unable to talk or stand. However, after receiving spiritual assistance from the cleric, he began using crutches only a few hours later.
Okemesi revealed that his challenges continued when he stayed with his brother, who suffered an accident and was dealing with his own marital issues. This led Okemesi to seek refuge on church premises, where he currently struggles with homelessness and food insecurity.
“I don’t have a place to sleep, I don’t have anything,” he said. “In fact, it’s difficult to feed. My fans, you are the only thing left for me. Please, I need your help to get back on my feet, especially with accommodation.”
