Champions League: Ferran Torres names three favourites to challenge PSG for trophy
Paris Saint-Germain forward Ferran Torres has identified three clubs as serious challengers for the Champions League title this season: Barcelona, Real Madrid, and Bayern Munich.
PSG, the reigning champions, secured their second consecutive title earlier this year by defeating Arsenal in the final. However, Torres acknowledged the difficulty of defending the championship as they strive for a third title.
In a recent match, Torres scored a hat trick in PSG’s victory over Slovan Bratislava. He expressed confidence in the competitive landscape, stating, “Barcelona is one of the favorite teams to win the Champions League. Real Madrid is also a contender, just like Bayern Munich, and us too. It’s gonna be a big race.”
