Blaqbonez better than most Nigerian rappers but lacks personality – CDQ
Indigenous rapper CDQ recently discussed his views on the music industry, specifically addressing his colleague Blaqbonez during an appearance on the Faloh Frequency podcast. CDQ described Blaqbonez as a lyrically superior artist compared to several Nigerian rap veterans, including Vector, Ice Prince, Reminisce, and Falz.
Despite his praise, CDQ noted a drawback in Blaqbonez’s public persona, stating that while Blaqbonez excels musically, he falls short in terms of personality. In comparing Blaqbonez to rising artist Odumodublvck, CDQ declared that although Blaqbonez is the stronger musician, Odumodublvck possesses a more engaging personality.
“Blaqbonez is better than Odumodublvck music-wise, but Odumodublvck edges him when it comes to personality. Blaqbonez is also better than Falz, Ice Prince, Reminisce, and Vector,” CDQ said.
