Yinka Quadri reveals wife knew about his relationships with actresses
Veteran Nollywood actor Yinka Quadri recently disclosed that his wife was aware of his relationships with several actresses in the film industry. During an interview on the Africanalist Podcast, Quadri shared that his wife would sometimes host these actresses, providing them accommodations and meals after late-night film productions.
Quadri noted that some actresses would approach his wife, engaging in conversations that often included gossip about his alleged romantic involvements. He refrained from naming specific individuals but acknowledged that these actresses and his wife had developed friendships over time.
“It got to a stage… they would become friends with my wife and start giving gossip to my wife that I am dating so and so in the industry,” he said during the podcast.
The actor further explained that issues of jealousy occasionally led to disagreements among his romantic partners, with some choosing to leave his home despite his wife’s acceptance of the situation. “There were some of them that we were dating who went home out of jealousy. Meanwhile, my wife would say she was aware already and she doesn’t fight them because of that,” he added.
Quadri emphasized that the actresses sometimes stayed overnight at his home after long days of filming. Despite his ongoing relationships, his wife ensured their comfort, even preparing meals for them. “Sometimes when production ends late, they would sleep in my house. And that my wife is aware I am dating them, she would still feed them and everything,” he stated.
