Tonto Dikeh Celebrates Ex-Husband Olakunle Churchill at Son’s Birthday Party
ABUJA — Tonto Dikeh publicly recognized her former husband, Olakunle Churchill, during their son’s 10th birthday party, held on Saturday in Abuja.
In a video that has gained significant attention on social media, the Nollywood actress offered heartfelt prayers for Churchill, invoking blessings of prosperity, protection, and divine favor for him and his family.
“You are an amazing father; thank you so much,” Dikeh said during her speech. She continued, “Your businesses will flourish; whoever curses you shall be cursed. I love you with the love of God.”
Dikeh highlighted the strong bond between Churchill and their son, King Andre, emphasizing the boy’s affection and admiration for his father.
She extended her prayers to include Churchill’s family, including his other children, wishing them success and protection in all their endeavors. “I pray for your family. I pray for your business. I pray for all the children. They will progress. Failure will not meet them. Everything that they touch will be blessed,” she said.
Dikeh and Churchill were married before their highly publicized separation in 2017. Recently, Dikeh announced their reconciliation, indicating that they have resolved past differences.
Churchill re-married Rosy Meurer, his former personal assistant, in 2021. The couple welcomed their first child in March of that year and a second child in October 2022. In 2023, Churchill dispelled rumors of any troubles in his marriage. Meurer has since expressed deep loyalty to her husband, stating she would willingly “take a bullet” for him.
