Oyo State Government Begins Demolition of Kidnapper’s Hideout
IBADAN, Oyo State — The Oyo State Government has commenced the demolition of a house identified as a hideout used by the kidnappers of the sister of former Minister of Power Adebayo Adelabu and her twins.
The victims were abducted last Wednesday and were successfully rescued by police on Saturday.
Officials from the Oyo State Ministry of Public Works and Transportation, accompanied by members of the Nigeria Police Force, are conducting the demolition. Heavy equipment has been deployed to the site, located at Lakoun Estate on Olomi-Olojuoro Road in the Oluyole Local Government Area.
