“The love we actors have for our work is unparalleled; we prioritize it above everything else, including our spouses,” Afod remarked. He explained that for those deeply invested in their craft, the allure of art can overshadow personal relationships.

He noted that partners of creative professionals may struggle to understand this dynamic, perceiving art as a rival for attention. “If you truly love acting, you might consider letting go of anyone for it,” he said.
