My uncle told me I will never make it in music – Lojay
Nigerian singer Lojay has shared insights into the challenges he faced while pursuing a career in music, particularly the skepticism he encountered from family members.
During a recent livestream with content creator Gilmore, Lojay recounted a conversation with a wealthy and influential uncle who expressed doubts about his potential for success in the music industry.
Lojay stated, “I have an uncle who is now in politics. I won’t mention his name, but he is very rich and popular. When I wanted to start music, he told me I would never blow.”
