Nigerian Influencer Addresses Impotency Rumors Surrounding Tanzanian Husband

Nigerian influencer Priscilla Ojo has spoken out about the misconceptions regarding her husband, Tanzanian singer Juma Jux, who faced speculation about his fertility due to his lack of children at the age of 35.

In a recent interview with media personality Chude Jidenowo, Priscilla discussed the challenges the couple experienced prior to the birth of their first child in August 2025. She noted that skepticism arose because, unlike many of his friends and fellow musicians, Juma Jux did not have any children at that time, despite being in several relationships.

“People in Tanzania thought he was impotent because he did not have a child or ‘baby mama’ like his friends,” Priscilla said. “They questioned why he wasn’t having kids, especially since he had been in past relationships.”

Even after the couple welcomed their son, named Prince Rakeem Ayomide Mkambala, in Canada, speculation persisted about the circumstances of the birth, with some suggesting surrogacy or implantation.

Priscilla emphasized her husband’s discipline and decision-making. “He knew when it was the right time for him. You can associate with certain people and choose a different path,” she explained.

Priscilla and Juma Jux formalized their union with a civil wedding in Tanzania in February 2025, followed by traditional and white ceremonies in Lagos, Nigeria, in April 2025.
