Paris Saint-Germain has released an injury update regarding forward Ousmane Dembele as the team prepares for its Champions League final against Arsenal later this month.
In a statement posted on its website Monday, the French Ligue 1 champions confirmed that Dembele, a French international, will continue his treatment ahead of the match scheduled for May 30 in Budapest.
Dembele sustained a calf strain during the team’s recent 2-1 loss to Paris FC, where he was forced to leave the field after only 27 minutes.
The club stated that Dembele will “remain under treatment for the next few days.”
As the match approaches, uncertainties remain about his fitness to compete against Arsenal.
