Transfer: Arsenal’s Jesus emerges top target for EPL rivals

Gabriel Jesus Linked with Move to Everton
Arsenal striker Gabriel Jesus is reportedly a transfer target for Premier League rival Everton.
The Brazilian forward has experienced limited playing time under Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta, despite a shortage of consistent options in the team’s attacking lineup.
According to Football Insider, Everton has prioritized Jesus as a potential signing this summer. However, the club is hesitant to meet Arsenal’s valuation of £20 million for the 29-year-old player.
Currently, Jesus finds himself behind fellow forwards Viktor Gyökeres and Kai Havertz in the team’s hierarchy. His contract with Arsenal runs until 2027, indicating that he has less than a year remaining on his current deal.
Jesus joined Arsenal from Manchester City in 2022.
