Whitemoney threatens legal action against Uche Maduagwu for calling him outcast

Whitemoney Threatens Legal Action Against Actor Uche Maduagwu

Former Big Brother Naija winner Whitemoney announced intentions to pursue legal action against actor Uche Maduagwu following a video in which Maduagwu referred to him as an “outcast.”

The conflict escalated in a video posted to Instagram by Maduagwu, who accused Whitemoney of engaging in gossip about him. Maduagwu further claimed that Whitemoney’s sister had confirmed allegations related to his status, describing him as an “Osu,” a term that carries cultural implications in some Igbo communities.

In his post, Maduagwu confronted Whitemoney, questioning why he avoids returning to his village and insinuating that it is due to the alleged designation of being an “Osu.” He remarked, “Even if everyone dey criticise me, I will never allow you to do it to me,” and suggested that Whitemoney has been concealing elements of his identity.

In response, Whitemoney condemned Maduagwu’s comments as defamatory, expressing disbelief over the actor’s actions. “I knew you when I was in Surulere hustling and doing many things but I never knew you were this stupid,” he stated, also implying that Maduagwu lacks credibility as an actor.

Whitemoney concluded his statement with a warning about the potential legal ramifications of Maduagwu’s accusations, saying, “You’re gonna hear from my lawyer for this defamatory speech you just made in the name of chasing clout.”

The situation reflects ongoing tensions within the entertainment industry, as public figures often navigate personal disputes in the public eye.
