NPFL: Ali laments Bendel Insurance’s ‘unlucky’ loss to Nasarawa United

Bendel Insurance head coach Jolomi Ali expressed disappointment following his team’s 1-0 loss to Nasarawa United in the Nigeria Premier Football League matchday two on Sunday at Lafia City Stadium.

A goal from Sam Pam in the 55th minute proved decisive for the hosts, leaving Bendel Insurance without points. Ali noted that his team’s inability to capitalize on scoring opportunities hindered their chances of securing a favorable outcome.

“It’s really unlucky for us not to get something positive out of this ground, especially after many games here,” Ali said after the match. “We created a lot of chances, but couldn’t convert any.”
