ADC Confident of Winning Osun Governorship Election, Aregbesola Says

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) is poised for victory in the upcoming Osun governorship election, according to Rauf Aregbesola, the party’s National Secretary. He made the assertion during a campaign event in Osogbo, the capital of Osun State, which began around 3:30 PM, alongside presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar and governorship candidate Najeem Salaam.
Aregbesola addressed a crowd of supporters who had gathered at the campaign venue, having escorted the party’s convoy from Ilesa. He emphasized the party’s commitment to its campaign, urging supporters to dismiss rumors of an alliance with another political party.
“Don’t believe the rumors that our party has entered into an alliance with another party for the Osun election on Saturday. We are not working with anyone. We have campaigned vigorously across the state, and we are confident that we will win the governorship election,” Aregbesola stated.
