Rashford Among Nine Players Joining Manchester United’s Pre-Season Squad
Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford has rejoined the club’s pre-season squad as they prepare for their tour in the Republic of Ireland. He is one of nine players who reported for duty.
Rashford and fellow England international Kobbie Mainoo arrived at Carrington on Sunday morning. The pair were part of the England squad that competed at the 2026 FIFA World Cup, which Spain won.
Following their arrival, Rashford and Mainoo boarded a private jet to Dublin, accompanied by teammates Matheus Cunha, Matthijs de Ligt, Benjamin Sesko, and Senne Lammens. Other players included in the traveling group are Karl Darlow, JJ Gabriel, and Tynan Thompson.
In contrast, Lisandro Martinez, who represented Argentina at the World Cup, has not yet joined the squad.
