Transfer deadline: Mudryk to join Chelsea’s EPL rivals as Fofana leaves Stamford Bridge
Chelsea forward Mykhailo Mudryk could be heading to a Premier League rival before the summer transfer deadline on Tuesday.
According to The Sun, Tottenham Hotspur has made an inquiry regarding a loan for the Ukrainian international as they seek to bolster their squad. Spurs’ interest in Mudryk comes after they encountered stiff competition for their primary target, Iliman Ndiaye, who has attracted attention from Manchester City.
Mudryk is available for selection again following the conclusion of a drug suspension.
In other transfer news, Chelsea announced on Monday that David Fofana has finalized a permanent move to Swiss Super League club Servette. Fofana joined Chelsea from Molde in January 2023, during which he netted 17 goals and provided three assists.
