What Peter Obi told me shows there is hope for Nigeria – Dan Ulasi

PDP Chieftain Discusses Political Engagement with Peter Obi
Enugu, Nigeria — Dan Ulasi, a prominent member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), said Thursday that Nigerians could find hope in listening to his recent discussions with former presidential candidate Peter Obi.
Ulasi noted that Obi, who has been a longtime acquaintance, visited him at his residence in Enugu State four days prior. The two engaged in an in-depth conversation about strategies for enhancing Obi’s political outreach.
During an appearance on Arise TV’s Morning Show, Ulasi shared that Obi has made multiple visits to his home, having come to Enugu four times this year alone. He emphasized Obi’s active consultation efforts across various regions of the country.
On the day of his visit, Obi had addressed a group of students in Enugu before continuing to Ulasi’s residence, where he interacted with some of Ulasi’s associates.
“Four days ago, Mr. Peter Obi was in my house in Enugu, and we discussed ways he can improve his current political engagements,” Ulasi said. “We have known each other since my tenure as National Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA). Each time he comes to Enugu, he visits me.”
Ulasi further remarked on Obi’s vision for the country, stating, “If you listen to Peter Obi talk, you will have hope for this country. He has a clear concept of what he wants to achieve for the overall benefit of our people.”
The discussions between Ulasi and Obi highlight ongoing political dialogues as Nigeria approaches future electoral events.
