Nigerian Cryptocurrency Entrepreneur Linus Ifejirika Released from Kuje Correctional Facility
Nigerian cryptocurrency entrepreneur Linus Williams Ifejirika, widely known as Blord, has been released from the Kuje Correctional Facility after fulfilling his bail conditions late Monday evening.
His release comes 20 days following his remand for allegedly impersonating another online figure, VeryDarkMan. Blord was previously granted bail on Friday but remained in custody due to delays in retrieving his international passport from Anambra State.

The announcement of his release was made by human rights activist and politician Omoyele Sowore, who expressed gratitude to the public for their support. Sowore shared a video documenting Blord’s release on his Instagram account, emphasizing the importance of collective action in addressing unjust detention.
“I appreciate everyone who contributed to this outcome,” Sowore stated in his post.
