Nigerian singer Seyi Vibez has publicly criticized fellow artist Adekunle Gold, targeting both his music and fashion sense. In a recent post on X, formerly known as Twitter, Vibez did not hold back, labeling Gold as a “mediocre artiste” and stating, “Adekunle Gold, you’re wack, and your swag is wack. Old fool!”

The motive behind Vibez’s comments remains unclear. However, some fans speculate that the critique may be linked to a line from Gold’s latest song, “Life Of The Faaji,” in which he claims that his style of “fuji” music is more appreciated than “Fuji Moto,” a hit song by Vibez. In the track, Gold sings, “They love my fuji / This one no be fuji moto.”
