2026 UTME: JAMB opens portal for change of institution, course

JAMB Opens Modification Process for Candidates Following 2026 UTME
The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced the initiation of a process allowing candidates to modify their chosen institutions or programs subsequent to the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).
In a statement from spokesman Fabian Benjamin, JAMB confirmed that the portal for data correction is now active for eligible candidates.
Candidates wishing to amend their institution or program of choice can do so by visiting any approved Computer-Based Test (CBT) center, according to the announcement.
JAMB emphasized the importance of making these changes only at accredited CBT centers to ensure proper processing and minimize the risk of errors.
Additionally, the board indicated that candidates will be able to print their original result slips for the 2026 UTME starting Monday, May 18, 2026.
