Riyom Local Government Area, Plateau State — Troops conducting Operation Enduring Peace have recovered a motorcycle believed to be stolen. The recovery occurred on Thursday evening along the Bachi-Banghai road, following tips about motorcycle theft in the region.
The information was shared on social media platform X by security analyst Zagazola Makama on Friday. According to the post, troops mobilized swiftly after receiving reports of suspects operating in the area.
Upon approaching, the suspects abandoned the motorcycle and fled when they noticed the presence of security personnel.
Security sources confirmed that the motorcycle has been secured and that efforts are underway to identify the rightful owner and apprehend the suspects who escaped.
