10. MMS – Asake feat Wizkid 

Asake combined with Wizkid for the introspective song off his third album ‘Lungu Boy’.

The song quickly resonated with followers both for the sobriety it offers and the profile of the stars behind it.

The song had an extensive run on the summit of the charts while also becoming a recurring soundtrack on social media platforms. 

9. My Dealer – Kaestyle feat Omah Lay 

Kaestyle is one of the artists showcasing the multiplicity of sound in Nigerian pop music through a rich fusion of Southern musical heritage.

7. Ogechi remix – Boy Pee, Hyce, Brown Joel feat Davido

For her sophomore album ‘The Year I Turned 21’, Ayra Starr lined up a star-studded collaboration of which ‘Bad Vibez’ with Seyi Vibez stands out.

5. Tony Montana – Skepta feat Portable 

For one of the most unlikely collaborations, British Nigerian rap icon Skepta tapped news-making Nigerian street pop star Portable for the single ‘Tony Montana’. 

The record produced by the hitmaking producer Jae5 offers swaggering flows, chest-thumping lyrics, and the vibrancy of Afrobeats in a way only a fluid star like Portable can manage. 

4. Adenuga – Joeboy feat Qing Madi 

One of Afrobeats’ finest stars, Joeboy returned in 2024 with ‘Adenuga’ , the exciting collaboration with fast-rising Star Qing Madi

The song holds the soft singing hopeless romantic side of Joeboy which brought him fame and success as he seamlessly combines with Qing Madi for one of the most memorable songs of the year. 

3. Poe – Ruger & BNXN

Poe’ is one of the standout tracks on Ruger & BNXN’s joint EP ‘R&B’.

2. Instagram – Muyeez & Seyi Vibez 

2024 saw the entrance of a new set of stars and Muyeez is one of the stars whose music captivated listeners.

On ‘Instagram’, he was chaperoned by his label boss and hitmaker Seyi Vibez with whom he combined for a song that smoothly offers the best of two generations. 

1. Dealer remix – Ayo Maff feat Fireboy 

Fast-rising street pop sensation Ayo Maff rose to mainstream prominence with the release of his hit single ‘Dealer’ for whose remix he recruited Fireboy who delivered a flawless verse that captures the endless pursuit of solace in a society that gives more than it takes. 

The song enjoyed commercial success and went on to finish the year as the most streamed song on Spotify Nigeria
