Emmanuel Chukwu Joins Lustenau on Loan

Austrian club Lustenau has secured a loan agreement for defender Emmanuel Chukwu from Bundesliga side TSG Hoffenheim. The 19-year-old center-back aims to enhance his first-team experience during this season away from his parent club.

Chukwu’s move follows a previous loan stint at Wolfsberger AC for the 2025/26 campaign, marking his second consecutive year away from Hoffenheim. He initially joined the German club from Nigeria’s Grassrunners FC in 2024.

In addition to his club career, Chukwu has previously represented Nigeria at the U-20 level.
