Nasarawa Police Arrest Man for Allegedly Killing Wife Over Cooking Dispute
The Nasarawa State Police Command has apprehended a 30-year-old man, Musbawu Amodu, in connection with the alleged homicide of his 20-year-old wife. The incident occurred in Agyaragu, within the Obi Local Government Area, and is reportedly linked to a domestic dispute over cooking.

During questioning, Amodu reportedly confessed to beating his wife following a disagreement. The altercation began when she allegedly refused to prepare a meal, escalating into violence.
The couple had been married for six years and had two children, a son and a daughter.

Commissioner Mohammed assured the public that justice will be pursued and that Amodu will face legal repercussions once the investigation is concluded.
