BREAKING: Fake PFIPC DG, Adeniyi Adeyemi arrested
Director-General of Non-existent Council Arrested Following Court Warrant
Adeniyi Adeyemi, who claims to be the Director-General of the non-existent Presidential Foreign Intervention Promotion Council (PFIPC), has been arrested.
His arrest occurred shortly after Justice Mohammed Umar of the Federal High Court in Abuja issued a warrant for his detention, according to reports from TVC.
Adeyemi was scheduled to enter a plea on an eight-count charge, case number FHC/ABJ/CR/562/2025, which includes allegations of forgery, fraud, and impersonation.
Despite being listed as the 12th case on the court’s agenda, Adeyemi did not appear for his arraignment. A lawyer, Mr. Genesis Francis, made an appearance on his behalf.
