LAGOS, Nigeria — Hamzat Habeeb Adelaja, known by his stage name Peller, has issued a stern warning to Nollywood producers and skitmakers regarding his newlywed wife, Jarvis. During a recent livestream, Peller stated that he does not want Jarvis, who is also a content creator, to be cast in romantic roles opposite male actors.
Peller emphasized the significance of their marriage, suggesting that assigning his wife to kiss or engage in romantic scenes would be disrespectful to their union. He asserted that his concerns should be taken seriously, threatening potential consequences for those who disregard his request.
“Nollywood producers, you can see that Jarvis and I are now married. Don’t ever give her a kissing role. I don’t want her acting in romantic roles with any actor. I am warning you all, stay in your lane,” he said.
He added, “To be forewarned is to be forearmed. I will harm anyone who refuses to heed my warning.”
