Nigerian Activist VeryDarkMan Withdraws from P-Square Family Dispute

Nigerian social media activist VeryDarkMan has officially withdrawn from the ongoing dispute involving the P-Square family. His decision follows mounting pressure from internet users urging him to distance himself from the family controversies.

Criticism directed at VeryDarkMan has increased, particularly regarding his defense of Jude Okoye. Many accused him of attempting to distract from allegations made by Peter Okoye against his twin brother Paul and Jude Okoye.

In light of evidence presented by Peter, numerous celebrities, both Nigerian and international, have rallied in support of him. Notably, Liberian actor Frank Artus warned VeryDarkMan in a video message to refrain from becoming involved in the Okoye family matters.

On Sunday evening, VeryDarkMan announced his withdrawal from the situation. He expressed a shift in his earlier stance, attributing 40% of the blame for the conflict to Jude Okoye for refusing to resign as manager of P-Square, following Peter’s claims of financial mismanagement.

“I see a lot of people saying I am portraying Jude as innocent,” VeryDarkMan stated. “After listening to both sides, I would assign 40% of the blame to Jude, 30% to Peter, and another 30% to his wife and family.”

He added that while he welcomes differing opinions, being insulted on social media is not unexpected.

In addition to his withdrawal, VeryDarkMan indicated plans to prepare for a police panel regarding his allegations against AIG Jimoh Moshood.
