Former France International Backs Rashford for Ballon d’Or
Former France international Louis Saha has voiced his support for Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford, suggesting that the England forward has the potential to win the prestigious Ballon d’Or while playing for the Red Devils.
Saha, speaking recently, acknowledged Rashford’s talent, stating, “It saddens me to see Rashford in this situation because I truly believe he has the talent to win the Ballon d’Or at Manchester United, scoring 25, 30 goals a season for the club he used to love.”
Rashford, who recently returned to Manchester United after a successful loan spell at Barcelona, played in the team’s recent 2-0 defeat to Hull City in the Premier League last weekend.
Saha emphasized that Rashford could still be a key player for Manchester United this season if he adopts the right mindset. “Marcus Rashford can still be Manchester United’s surprise package this season if he can bring the right mentality and erase a lot of the things that have been said,” he noted.
