ADC Announces 28 Governorship Candidates for 2027 Elections

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has released a list of its governorship and deputy governorship candidates for the 2027 general elections, covering 28 states. The announcement came in a statement from the party on Friday, emphasizing its goal to provide credible leadership and a viable alternative for the Nigerian populace.

Notable candidates include Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour for Lagos, Isa Mohammed Ashiru for Kaduna, Great Ogboru in Delta, Senator Ahmad Babba Kaita representing Katsina, and Abubakar Malami for Kebbi. The party is also fielding candidates in several other states, including Adamawa, Kano, Rivers, Oyo, Ogun, Plateau, and Zamfara.

The ADC articulated its commitment to presenting candidates who align with its vision for quality governance and effective leadership in the elections.
